Panda Design is a design and visualization studio operated by PANDA DESIGN WORKS LTD. We work with clients and project teams internationally, including our China-based production team.

- Project requirements, drawings, photographs, reference materials, deadlines and other information relevant to an enquiry or service.
- Messages, correspondence and records of quotations, agreements and payments relating to our work together.
If you enquire through a Facebook or Instagram instant form, Meta may prefill information you have previously provided to its platforms. Please check your details before submitting. Email is optional where the form identifies it as optional.
03How we use your information
We use your information to respond to enquiries, explain our services and pricing, prepare quotations, understand project requirements, arrange production and delivery, provide customer support, maintain business records and improve our communication processes.
When you leave a WhatsApp number on our enquiry form, our team may contact you on WhatsApp about the services, project or collaboration you have asked about. You are welcome to enquire about future plans as well as current projects.
Where you separately choose to receive updates or promotional messages, we use your details for that purpose in accordance with your preferences. You may ask us to stop these messages at any time.
04Sharing and disclosure
We do not sell your personal information or disclose it to unrelated third parties for their own marketing.
We may share necessary information with team members, production collaborators or service providers involved in responding to your enquiry or delivering your project. We may also disclose information where required by law or where you have given your consent.
Because we work internationally, relevant information may be accessed or processed by our team and service providers in countries other than your own, including the United Kingdom and China. We take reasonable steps to protect information shared for these purposes.
05Third-party platforms and services
Our website and communication or payment processes may use services such as WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, LINE, Stripe, Wise and Cloudflare. These providers process information under their own privacy policies and terms, which you should review when using their services.
Payment information submitted directly to a payment provider is handled through that provider. Please do not send card numbers, passwords or security codes through our enquiry forms or chat messages.
Our website also loads resources such as fonts, project images and maps from external providers. Your browser may send technical information, including your IP address, when requesting those resources. Third-party services may use cookies or similar technologies under their own policies; browser settings can be used to manage cookies.
